Canine College—Dog Training classes for the public held at PHS.
Low cost Spay/Neuter clinic (SNiP)—Information on our low cost sterilization services for cats and dogs within our service cities.
Low Cost Public Vaccine Clinics for Cats and Dogs—Vaccinations for cats and dogs provided at a low-cost to members of the public in and outside of our service area.
Feral Cat TNR—Trap Neuter and release program and information is available for residents of our 7 service cities.
Mobile Outreach Van (PHS on Wheels)—Our 32 foot mobile van will bring adoptable animals and information about our programs and services to your event.
Licensing—PHS handles licensing for the cities of Arcadia, La Cañada Flintridge, and San Marino only.
Barks & Books—Held at local libraries, our reading enhancement program for school age children is very popular.
