Join us as a volunteer!

Are you interested in helping make the Wiggle Waggle Walk a HUGE success? We would love to have you join us! There are many volunteer opportunities available, both before the Walk and on the day of the event. Please review the list of current volunteer positions and then contact Nicole Ring at (626) 792-7151, ext. 167 or nring@phsspca.org to sign up or if you have additional questions.

Before the Walk

• Team Outreach - recruit and organize teams to raise more money for the animals
• Sponsorships - help us reach out to the business community to get their support
• Publicity/Marketing - ensure that everyone in Southern California knows about our event
• Poster Distribution - distribute Walk brochures and posters throughout the community
• Office help - make copies, assemble materials

Event Day

• Set Up / Break Down - help set up AND break down the event
• Registration - help check in walkers
• Pet Expo - help vendors set up, direct walkers
• Doggie Pool - make sure dogs have a clean water-filled area to splish-splash around
• Water Stops - help provide replenishment for thirsty 4-legged and 2-legged walkers
• Puppy Patrol - ensure walkers stay on Walk route and that they pick up after their dogs
• Entertainment - we need clowns, face painters, dog masseuses, magicians, etc.
