Our dog, Belen (you called her "Kaytee"), was one of your pound puppies. She is one AWESOME dog! She has been entered in Bissell's MVP contest

Belen is a 4 year old Shepherd mix. We adopted her from the Humane Society in 2005. We have been very blessed to have such a wonderful dog. Her favorite activities are keeping an eye on her people, playing fetch, going for bike rides, harassing the cat, and taking a nap on her favorite chair.

Today we are celebrating Jimmi's 1st bday. We adopted him from the Pasadena Humane Society when he was only 4 months old. Our lives have been so much happier and our days so much brighter with him in our family. I couldn't ask for anything more, he is the perfect companion and friend. Thank you for introducing us.

Luna's Anniversary

It's the anniversary of the week we first met Luna and brought her home, so we wanted to share how happy we've been that she joined our family. We came to the shelter at this time last year, after much consideration as to what kind of dog might be the right match for us. When we met her, we immediately sensed she was the one. We wanted to be sure we weren't acting on impulse though, and the adoption counselor was extremely patient in answering all our questions. She also made sure we had enough time to get to know her and prepare our home. One year later, we continue to be amazed by Luna's joyful, loving and tender nature.
